White Palace Rewards

• Card holder:

The White Palace Rewards card is free and all of meeting and event bookers are entitled to participate in this program

• Benefit Points:

Every 100 USD net spent at White Palace equals 1point

The point will be totalized every 6 month (on every 30th June and 31st December) and informed to the card holder within 1 month.

The actual revenue will be deducted income tax or other expenses which are stipulated by government

The revenue of one event or banquet will be recorded only one time for the booker, who is card holder. In case there are more than two bookers for one event or banquet, White Palace will only issue one Rewards Card and the point will be recorded for person who signs the contract. White Palace doesn't have to be responsible for any conflict among bookers.

This card only offers privilege for the card holder personally, so if the card holder refuses record points into the card, the point cannot be converted into cash at that time or cannot be deducted in the bill of the card holder's company either.

• Card requirements:

This card validity is unlimited till having new announcement of White Palace. White Palace has authority to change the value of this card or terminate the membership program. We will inform to every member in case of changing or terminating the program and the accumulated points will be settled at that time.

Please contact White Palace to update information when changing the residence place or the work place.

In case of lost, stolen or damaged card, please notify White Palace to renew your card.

This card is property of White Palace, and must be returned upon request.

The card will be issued within two weeks from the register day.

Please show the Identity Card and sign the authorized signature when receiving the new card and receiving the payment.

• The card holder's privileges:

The wedding party of the card holder at White Palace will be recorded in this card

The wedding party which recommended by the card holder will be recorded point following the wedding membership program.
